Insurance Coverage – at this time Dr. Lucking accepts limited insurance plans and Employee Assistance Programs.  He will provide an insurance superbill as an out-of-network provider which can be submitted for reimbursement of fees.  Check with your health insurance company as many provide benefits for mental health services and even coaching.

Fees and Scholarships – fees for services are tied to insurance CPT codes as listed below. For those with limited resources a scholarship fund is available to lower fees.
